About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing production processes to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing output. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing systems, including CNC programming and machining operations, to support new product introductions and ongoing production demands. Your expertise will drive improvements in process layouts, injection molding techniques, and statistical process control to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as design, quality, and production, you will ensure that manufacturing processes meet both technical specifications and regulatory standards. Ultimately, your work will contribute to delivering reliable, cost-effective products that meet customer expectations and support the company’s growth objectives.
