Job Details

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting the production of high-quality precision products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, fabrication, and mechanical assembly
• Experience performing root cause and failure analysis to resolve production challenges
• Ability to conduct tolerance stack-up studies and design manufacturing tooling using SolidWorks
• Experience creating work instructions, assembly procedures, and manufacturing documentation
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing methods, along with common inspection equipment
