Job summary

GxP Associates in New Jersey seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to support operations, process development, equipment improvements, and production efficiency. You will work with production and engineering teams to improve processes and assist with new product introduction.

Key responsibilities include supporting processes, developing work instructions, analyzing production issues, Lean initiatives, and maintenance of engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
