American Rheinmetall in Lansing, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide manufacturing expertise, develop process documentation, and determine tooling recommendations for production. You will work with engineering and production teams to define processes, MBOMs, and tool requirements.
Responsibilities include developing work instructions, analyzing releases, and supporting tooling decisions while ensuring defense standards.

The Manufacturing Engineer will have strong communication with internal and external teams to provide manufacturing expertise, develop process documentation, and determine recommendations for required tooling. This individual will develop, implement and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequence and processes required for production. Located in Lansing, MI.

Bachelor’s degree required in an engineering field or equivalent experience
