American Rheinmetall is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support program launches, production planning and continuous improvement. You will apply engineering methods to ensure safety, quality, productivity and timely delivery for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include controlling engineering docs, supporting quoting, developing processes, reducing waste and aiding APQP activities, with cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Weld and Program Management.

Utilizes engineering methodology to support program launch readiness, production planning and continuous improvement. Provides the necessary engineering knowledge, processing skills and technical support to ensure AR achieves optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to internal and external customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other engineering field and five (5) years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of fabrication/machining and metal experience along with program/project management experience preferred. Experience with precision measuring equipment helpful.
