Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating work instructions for new product introductions and ramp-up.
• Performing time studies and observations to support process development.
• Collecting and analyzing cycle time, productivity, and process data to identify opportunities.
• Supporting CAD layout development for manufacturing processes and workstations.
• Leading small improvement projects based on data and analysis.
