Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles, including reading and understanding technical drawings and documentation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Wendell, NC, as this role does not provide relocation support.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
• Structured experiential learning program for individuals currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating work instructions to support new product introductions and production ramp-up activities.
• Performing process observations and time studies to support process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collecting and analyzing cycle time, productivity, and process data to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Supporting CAD layout development for manufacturing processes and workstations.
• Taking ownership of small improvement projects and developing recommendations based on data and analysis.

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Manufacturing Engineering Internship beginning in May or June 2027. This position will be based at our Raleigh, North Carolina office location.

You’ll make an impact by:

Preferred Qualifications:
