Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local/state safety regulations.
• Experience with safety audits, inspections, hazard assessments and investigations.
• Experience supporting ISO EHS programs and building safety cultures.
• Preferred EHS certifications (ASP/CSP/CIH/CHMM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EHS operations and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Lead corrective actions and root cause analyses with operations.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement and regulatory reporting.
