Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager for its Lincoln, Nebraska manufacturing facility to lead all EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize risk while fostering a culture of safety excellence. The role partners with site leadership, drives continuous improvement, conducts risk assessments, investigates incidents, and delivers training.

Requires at least five years in manufacturing EHS, knowledge of OSHA/EPA, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing EHS compliance programs.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Ability to lead investigations and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for environmental, health, and safety initiatives across the facility.
• Develop and implement strategic EHS objectives aligned with business goals.
• Lead site safety committees and promote employee involvement.
• Maintain regulatory permits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations.
• Deliver EHS training and mentor leaders on responsibilities.
• Manage EHS budgets and performance dashboards.
