Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for its Lincoln, AL manufacturing facility. You will lead environmental, health, and safety programs to protect employees, ensure compliance, and minimize risk, while partnering with site leadership on strategic EHS objectives.

You will drive continuous improvement, strengthen employee engagement, and oversee training, audits, and reporting in accordance with OSHA/EPA and ISO 14001/45001 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Experience leading safety improvement initiatives and influencing organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for environmental, health, and safety initiatives across the Lincoln facility.
• Partner with plant leadership to align EHS objectives with business goals.
• Lead site safety committees and drive employee engagement in safety programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, inspections, reporting, and permitting activities.
