Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field required.
• At least five years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA and environmental safety regs.
• Strong investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Proven ability to lead safety improvements and culture change.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for EHS initiatives across the Lincoln facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage inspections and reporting.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and mentor leaders.
• Oversee environmental and waste management programs.
