Job summary

Saint-Gobain Tape Solutions is seeking an EHS Engineer to drive compliance programs, improve environmental and safety performance, and cultivate a proactive safety culture across the facility.

The role partners with employees at all levels to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and implement programs protecting people, communities, and the environment. Responsibilities include EMS maintenance, training, investigations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of environmental compliance and reporting experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Experience with EMS/ISO 14001 is preferred.
• Ability to train and influence employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains health, safety, and environmental programs and documents.
• Lead EHS training and communication of regulations to site leadership.
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare permits, certifications, and regulatory reports (e.g., R, Tier II, Title V, air permits).
• Coordinate safety and environmental projects with other departments.
