Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in industrial engineering with focus on manufacturing process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with process simulation and modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency improvements in Welkom.
• Develop and implement lean techniques (5S, Kaizen, VSM) to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and improve labor productivity.
• Design and implement plant layouts and material flow improvements.
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to track efficiency gains and identify areas needing attention.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to implement process changes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment for potential improvements in efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement initiatives.
