Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with focus on process optimization and operations improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and simulation tools such as Minitab, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement programs.
• Utilize data analytics, SPC, and simulation tools to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Design and optimize plant layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.
• Manage projects related to process improvement, equipment upgrades, and new technology implementation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
