Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in industrial engineering with focus on manufacturing process improvement.

• Experience with process simulation and modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on manufacturing process improvement.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with process simulation and modeling software is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations, including material handling and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing SOPs and work instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with shop floor personnel and management.
