Job summary

TAS Energy in Houston, TX, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of our facilities, utilities, and grounds. You will supervise facilities personnel and contractors and support manufacturing operations through preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with building systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Associate's degree preferred in related field
• OSHA training or safety certifications are a plus
• Experience with CMMS and building systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities maintenance staff, janitorial personnel, and third-party contractors across multiple TAS Energy locations
• Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection, and other facility systems
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility infrastructure and equipment
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor facility work orders to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate facility improvement projects, repairs, renovations, and capital upgrades
• Monitor facility conditions and implement corrective actions to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and contractor performance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes
• Support EHS initiatives and safety concerns
• Assist with budget development, expenditure tracking, and cost-control initiatives
• Maintain maintenance records, inspections, permits, and regulatory documentation
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Production, EHS, IT to support business objectives
• Provide emergency response support and coordinate after-hours facility repairs
• All other duties as assigned by TAS
