ETAS Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer for Manufacturing Diagnostics to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, partnering with customers and sales, and aligning needs with diagnostic solutions.

The role serves as a key technical interface, supporting pre‑sales activities, solution development, and product roadmap evolution. The CSE will contribute to deployment and delivery through customer engagement, technical consulting, and on-site implementation, with up to 50%

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry and technology.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and drive new business opportunities in Manufacturing Diagnostics.
Assist Sales in pre‑sales activities and create technical materials.
Clarify customer requirements and define technical solutions and backlogs.
Lead on-site deployment, configuration, and testing of hardware and software solutions.
Deliver on-site verification, troubleshooting, and support during project execution.
