ETAS is seeking a Technical Customer Sales Engineer to drive growth for Manufacturing Diagnostics. You will partner with customers and the sales team, align needs with diagnostic solutions, and contribute to product roadmaps while supporting on-site deployment and technical consulting.

This role requires deep automotive diagnostics knowledge, IT networking, and strong collaboration with product and sales teams. Up to 50% travel may be required and a clear path for growth within ETAS is provided.

Competenze

• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics protocols (ISO14229, ISO15765, J1939, etc.).
• Strong IT foundations: Windows environments, virtualization, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with SQL Server and data formats (XML, ODX, OTX).
• Proficient in reading electrical drawings and schematics; able to use Wireshark for analysis.

• Identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities and markets.
• Assist Sales in pre-sales activities and technical pitching of solutions.
• Clarify customer requirements and translate them into executable technical solutions and backlog items.
