Job summary

ETAS, a Bosch subsidiary, seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to drive Manufacturing Diagnostics growth. You will identify new markets, partner with customers and sales teams, and align needs with diagnostic solutions.

The role blends technical consulting, pre-sales support, and on-site implementation to deliver measurable business value. As a key technical interface, you will collaborate with Sales, Customers, and Product Management, shaping the roadmap and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive industry experience.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics and protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and lead business acquisition.
• Act as the interface between Sales, Customers, and Product Management.
• Support pre-sales activities and solution development.
• Prepare user requirements and backlog.
• Lead on-site deployment, configuration and testing of solutions.
• Create/update validation test documentation and participate in QA processes.
• Engage with OEMs to clarify and analyze needs.
• Provide technical consulting and solution pitches.
