Job summary

ETAS seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to drive growth in Manufacturing Diagnostics. You will act as a technical interface among customers, sales, and product teams, supporting pre-sales activities and solution development. Travel up to 50% may be required, with on-site deployment and testing of hardware and software solutions.

The role requires strong diagnostic expertise, programming, and agile experience, along with collaboration across multiple stakeholders to evolve the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and protocols (ISO14229, ISO15765, J1939, etc).
• Experience with SQL Server and data formats (XML/ODX/OTX).
• Proficient in debugging, fault-finding and technical issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and drive new business opportunities for Manufacturing Diagnostics.
• Collaborate with sales to demonstrate products and prepare pre-sales materials.
• Clarify customer requirements and specify technical solutions and acceptance criteria.
• Lead on-site deployment, configuration and testing of hardware and software solutions.
