Job summary

Steelhead Technologies seeks an Implementation/Deployment Leader to guide manufacturers through the full deployment lifecycle, from initial configuration to go-live. You will tailor Steelhead to each customer’s needs and train their teams from ownership to the plant floor.

This role thrives in a client-facing environment and rewards ownership and impact. You will work closely with Engineering for product feedback, while aiming to exceed ARR targets and deliver rapid value to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional, full-time experience at a metal finisher or other manufacturer with ERP/MES experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional, full-time experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with GPA 3.5+ or 2+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Steelhead for each customer across the deployment lifecycle.
• Train customers on usage from ownership to the plant floor.
• Meet and exceed target ARR per month as set by deployment management.
• Balance time-to-value with deployment quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering for product feedback and feature development.
