Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations.
• Experience using Acumatica ERP or similar.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily production transactions into Acumatica ERP and maintain records.
• Process manufacturing and inventory transactions and verify accuracy.
• Support customer service with order entry, pricing, and communications.
• Monitor Walmart Retail Link and SPS Commerce EDI for orders and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production to communicate delivery timelines.
