Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support Production and Maintenance teams through data management, reporting, and documentation control.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with multiple systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Onsite, with potential for growth and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing admin/data management preferred.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills.
• Experience with SAP/MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety practices in line with company policy.
• Enter and maintain coil data in MES; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Organize vendor BOLs, tags and documentation.
• Input and maintain data in SAP for accurate records.
• Create and maintain Excel reports for multiple teams.
• Coordinate with BNSF Railroad on inbound coil inventory.
• Assist maintenance with data creation and record management.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Maintain maintenance action logs.
• Support purchasing through documentation management.
• Assist with department and plant-wide projects.
• Distribute operational reports for Warehouse and Materials.
• Collaborate with supervisors across the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular onsite attendance.
