Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Data & Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in manufacturing and supply chain. You will own data contracts, investigate complex product issues, and drive data-driven governance across systems.

You will collaborate with customer engineers, data quality teams, and developers to implement data governance strategies, identify gaps, and improve data accuracy and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, computer science, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Developer and/or Data Analyst.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience accepted.
• Ability to analyze and query data using various toolsets.
• Experience in Manufacturing or similar domains; familiar with Change Management procedures.
• Strong SQL and data visualization capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for issue investigation with customer engineering teams.
• Navigate large manufacturing data systems to identify origin and responsible parties.
• Partner with data quality team to govern data contracts and drive implementation.
• Design metrics and visualizations for data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with developers and management to identify process improvements using data-driven approaches.
