Job summary

ZT Systems seeks a Sr Industrial Engineer to drive industrial models and analytics supporting manufacturing decisions. The role partners with stakeholders to roadmap resource, infrastructure, and machine changes using key analytical tools.

You will lead capacity planning, labor modeling, line balancing, process validation, and production readiness for new products and transfers. Strong data analytics and manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years relevant experience in an engineering role.
• Experience with Data visualization Tools.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments.
• Experience with analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering activities supporting new product introductions and transfers, including capacity planning and line balancing.
• Support storage/process area design, workflows, and vendor coordination for equipment build-out.
• Develop capacity, labor, cycle time, and resource analyses for RFP/RFQ assessments.
• Evaluate changes to MES/SFC processes and contribute to manufacturing cost models.
