Addison Group is seeking a Manufacturing Data Analyst in Waukegan, IL, onsite, to drive data-driven insights across supply chain and manufacturing. The role focuses on SIOP support, forecasting, inventory analysis, and KPI reporting to improve operations.

Your work will include building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, validating ERP data, and partnering with Planning, Operations, and Finance to align demand with capacity. Strong Excel and ERP/MRP experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
5 years in supply chain or manufacturing operations with data analysis focus.
2 years supporting or managing SIOP processes.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP/MRP experience.
Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate BI to support Supply Chain, SIOP, planning, and manufacturing ops.
Develop dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory health, supplier performance, KPIs.
Own SIOP data tracking; provide weekly/monthly updates highlighting gaps and risks.
Partner with Planning, Commercial, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to align forecasts.
Maintain databases, data models, and reporting tools for proactive decisions.
Analyze history to identify trends, variances, risks, improvements in planning and material availability.
Validate ERP data, including routings and BOMs; gatekeeper for master data changes.
Support monthly forecasting, scenario planning, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
