Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst in Illinois for a contract role. You will support the Supply Planning team with reporting, data entry, system maintenance, tracking, and communication, focusing on data accuracy and routine reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in supply chain or related fields, with strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP preferred). The role offers a hybrid schedule and in-office days on Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, customer service, or related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data queries.
• Experience with an ERP system; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update PO information in ERP to keep records accurate.
• Process new product and supplier information per established procedures.
• Review supply chain data and prepare routine internal reports.
• Run recurring reports on product availability, order quantities, and supply activity.
• Communicate order status and updates to internal stakeholders and partners.
