You will analyze manufacturing costs, build models, run what-if analyses, and prepare insights for management. Strong data skills and attention to detail are essential in this conservative, stable manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, raw materials, overhead and inventory
• Build financial models, forecasts and what-if/scenario analyses
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic business decisions
• Analyze profitability, margins, production volumes and product mix
• Perform break-even, cost and payback analyses
• Create and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards
• Present financial results and insights to management
• Compare operational metrics to financial results to understand business performance
• Identify financial risks related to commodities, supply chain, production and inflation
• Support month-end/year-end close, GL reconciliations and journal entries
• Look for opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting and financial processes
