Job summary

International Paper in Maryland Heights, MO seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, communicate with customers, and coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Shipping to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and support Sales, Manufacturing and shipping for on-time deliveries.
• Take customer orders directly from customers or account managers.
• Place orders for materials and supplies used in production.
• Communicate order status, quotations, changes, complaints, and questions.
• Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data.
