Job summary

You will handle all parts orders, create production orders to fulfill customer needs, direct make-to-order parts to manufacturing, maintain inventories, organize stock, and keep a clean, safe workspace, using Microsoft Office daily. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Some SAP experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience using office technology.
• 1+ years of experience with door industry equipment and repairs preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Work is performed in a factory with exposure to extreme weather conditions; noisy, dusty, and dirty environments; and motorized equipment that pose potential safety hazards. Long periods of standing, as well as regularly walking, sitting, lifting, reaching, and bending, and driving are required. Typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop, tablet, two-way radio, and phone are used. Regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. is required. Proper safety procedures, lifting techniques, and personal protective equipment are always required. This position may require extended hours and overtime depending on business needs.
