Job summary

Valence is seeking a manufacturing–order coordinator to ensure on-time delivery by reviewing MRP, verifying orders, and updating customers within four hours. The role collaborates with production to obtain ECDs and prepares orders for shipment, with daily reporting responsibilities.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in manufacturing. Competitive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Review the MRP system to ensure customer order due dates align with required delivery dates.
• Verify customer purchase orders against internal work orders to ensure process requirements are met.
• Provide continuous updates to customers on order status within the 4-hour window.
• Coordinate with production to obtain ECDs for orders.
• Prepare orders for ship out or other areas as needed.
• Develop daily reports on orders and share with production.
