Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional for on-site work in Eastman, GA. This role supports production schedules, coordinates with customers, and ensures orders are processed accurately from intake to ship-out.

The candidate will review orders, verify documents, and provide timely updates to customers while collaborating with production to meet delivery targets. On-site role requiring strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Review the MRP system to align order due dates with required delivery dates.
• Verify customer purchase orders against internal work orders for feasibility.
• Provide continuous updates to customers on order status within 4 hours.
• Communicate with customers on additional blue prints, drawings, or items needed.
• Coordinate with production to obtain ECDs for orders.
• Prepare orders for ship-out or other areas as needed.
• Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production.
