ProMan Staffing is partnering with our manufacturing client to source and hire a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Lombard, IL. This direct hire opportunity places you at the helm of a growing customer-facing function.

You will lead a team, optimize ERP/CRM usage, coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance and Shipping, and drive continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing customer service, proven leadership, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of manufacturing customer service, sales support, or order management experience.
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 proficiency; SAP experience preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and elevate the customer service team to deliver exceptional support.
Direct and resolve customer inquiries, orders, returns, and escalations.
Drive quotation, order fulfillment, pricing, and delivery execution.
Leverage ERP and CRM systems to optimize customer and order management.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Shipping to exceed customer expectations.
Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements.
