Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers, answer inquiries, process information in CRC Dash, JD Edwards, and MS Office, and resolve complaints.

You will coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs, support lean manufacturing, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to help Sales and customers. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college or technical training in mechanics or electronics.
• Two to five years experience in a customer service related position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure phone coverage for set business hours and answer customer inquiries.
• Process incoming inquiries in Customer Care and handle RMAs/CCFs.
• Enter information in CRC Dash, JD Edwards and MS Office as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
• Support lean manufacturing by following established procedures.
• Develop and share product knowledge with Sales and customers.
• Comply with ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
