Job summary

Persona Signs is seeking an Accountant to join our manufacturing-focused team. You will report to the Group Controller and perform costing, inventory analysis, and monthly and year-end financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 1–2 years accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel abilities.

This is a full-time, on-site role in New Jersey. Experience with cost center analysis and sales tax reporting is a plus, and you will collaborate

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for management.
• Assist with costing, inventory analysis and reporting.
• Reconcile transactions and resolve issues with other departments.
• Support sales tax returns and year-end filings.
• Perform cost center reporting and variance analysis.
