Job summary

Wilsonart is hiring a Lead Cost Systems Analyst – Manufacturing to drive cost and inventory accounting governance across global plants. Lead design for WIP, job costing, and intercompany flows within Oracle EBS/Cloud. Collaborate with Plant Finance, Operations, and IT to standardize processes and improve cost transparency.

The role demands extensive ERP experience, especially in Oracle Cost Management, with a focus on cross‑functional solution design and cost optimization across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of ERP-based financial systems experience with 5+ years in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory across multiple plants.
• Deep knowledge of standard costing, overhead allocation, WIP/job costing, inventory valuation, and intercompany flows.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Cost Management, Inventory, and WIP/Manufacturing in Oracle EBS (R12) and/or Oracle Cloud, including SLA rules for cost and intercompany.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of standard costing frameworks across global plants.
• Define governance for cost and inventory accounting processes in Oracle ERP.
• Support month-end and year-end close with consolidated reconciliations and cost rolls.
• Drive intercompany pricing structures and intercompany flow design across entities.
• Mentor analysts and document functional designs, trainings, and best practices.
