Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• At least 5 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
• Proficiency with SAP and Power BI.
• Experience in weekly and monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Strong inventory controls knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with risk mitigation.
• Leadership experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost accounting function: standard costs, BOM, cost analysis.
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly financial reports including variances and margins.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation and controls.
• Conduct forecasts and budgeting, identify trends and variances.
• Ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance.
• Leverage SAP and Power BI to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses.
