Job summary

Venturity Financial Partners, partnering with Clean Air Consultants, Inc., seeks a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support financial reporting, inventory accounting, job costing, and profitability analysis across manufacturing and service operations.

The ideal candidate combines solid accounting fundamentals with manufacturing experience and collaborates with operations and leadership to drive margins via data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in cost accounting or inventory accounting.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and BOMs.
• Advanced Excel and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze standard costs for products and services.
• Prepare monthly cost accounting reports including variances.
• Analyze pricing, margins, and profitability by product line, customer, project, and location.
• Conduct post-project profitability analyses and debrief with stakeholders.
• Support BOM process and month-end close; improve efficiency.
