Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard costing and inventory accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (IQMS, Epicor, LN, Syteline) preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and maintain accurate inventory and standard costing.
• Support month-end close activities and perform journal entries and reconciliations.
• Partner with operations to improve plant performance and profitability.
• Plan and control tooling projects with cost tracking and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly margin analyses and variance reports for product lines and customers.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
