Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive financial and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SAP Controlling module.

Responsibilities

• Perform material ledger and product costing analyses; maintain standard costing frameworks.
• Monitor and control manufacturing expenses; conduct variance analyses.
• Oversee stock control, perpetual inventory analyses, and reconcile inventory with ledger.
• Track plant KPIs and report to leadership for data-informed decisions.
• Participate in monthly close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting and rolling forecasts; monitor spend vs. budget.
