Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC in Winston-Salem is seeking a Cost Accountant to track and analyze costs across projects from quote to shipment. You’ll manage standard costs, conduct variance analyses, and work with estimators, production, and shipping to protect margins.

Responsibilities include monitoring WIP, inventory valuation, month-end close, and KPI reporting while partnering with shop supervisors and project managers to optimize cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with standard costing, WIP, and inventory valuation.
• ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.

Responsibilities

• Own project cost tracking from released work order to final invoice.
• Reconcile estimated vs actual costs by job: materials, labor, overhead.
• Analyze margin by product family, customer, and channel.
• Collaborate with estimators on post-shipment reviews and learnings.
• Track change orders, scope adjustments, and warranty costs.
