Job summary

ImageWorks Display in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Cost Accountant to analyze costs across manufacturing, operations, and supply chain. You will support budgeting, inventory valuation, product costing, profitability analysis, and cost reporting.

The role collaborates with operations, engineering, and finance to identify cost-reduction opportunities, validate cost allocations, and improve process controls in line with GAAP and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with costing, inventory management, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Review freight and duty expenses allocations and monitor costs.
• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, labor, and overhead costs for trends.
• Assist in monthly close, cost allocations, journal entries.
• Develop cost reports, dashboards, and cost of avoidable loss metrics.
