Paradromics is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator to keep daily manufacturing operations organized and running smoothly. In this role, you will coordinate manufacturing schedules based on build plans and development needs, resolve day-to-day production support issues, and work cross-functionally to ensure teams have the inventory, equipment, and information needed to execute their work.

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in management, project coordination, or project management support.
• Experience using MES, production traveler, serial-tracking system, or similar tool.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, processes, serialization, and lot-tracking.
• Ability to manage interruptions and shifting priorities while staying focused on production needs.
• Clear, direct, timely communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking schedules and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and update daily manufacturing schedules in alignment with production build plans and development priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities and respond quickly to issues that could interrupt production.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing support issues, including inventory location, MES workflow problems, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor equipment availability and supplies, document downtime and blockers to owners.
• Serve as Manufacturing point of contact for change-control, coordinating with Quality on training and rollout plans.
• Help ensure activities follow approved procedures, revision controls, and quality-system requirements.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing records and tracking information (travelers, serial numbers, inventory status, progress).
• Coordinate across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and other teams to communicate priorities and implement changes.
