Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; Epicor ERP or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process production cut sheets and documentation.
• Create and maintain job BOMs for make-direct manufacturing jobs in Epicor ERP.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, specifications, and production requirements.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies to ensure accuracy before production.
• Process engineering changes and order modifications affecting BOMs and docs.
• Communicate sales order changes to the Sales Order Entry team.
• Perform material issue transactions in Epicor as components are picked.
• Maintain production records, job documentation, and material transactions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate production requirements.
