Qualifikationen

• Experience in administrative or manufacturing support.
• Epicor ERP experience is required.
• Experience running and interpreting analytics and operational reports.
• Experience preparing or working with capacity reports.
• EDI experience required.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to serve as a customer liaison.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily administrative and coordination support to production and operations teams.
• Serve as a customer liaison, communicating with customers regarding orders, schedules, requirements, and updates.
• Utilize Epicor ERP to enter, retrieve, update, and maintain production and customer information.
• Run and analyze production and operational reports.
• Prepare and review capacity reports to support production planning and scheduling.
• Monitor production information and communicate potential issues or changes to appropriate departments.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and data.
• Support order processing, scheduling, and production coordination.
• Coordinate information between customers, production, planning, and management.
• Follow up on outstanding information, orders, and customer requests.
