Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC is hiring a Controller for a manufacturing client in Woodville, TX. You will oversee plant-level accounting, financial reporting, and cost management, partnering with senior leadership to guide all accounting operations and GAAP compliance.

This direct-hire role offers $100k-$110k annually DOE plus a 20% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. A CPA and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (5+ in a Controller role) are required; manufacturing experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including at least 5 years in a Controller role.
• Manufacturing or chemical environment experience preferred; Forest Products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant-level accounting and finance operations, developing scalable systems and internal controls.
• Prepare cash flow analyses, financial statements, and forecasts on various bases.
• Coordinate internal and external financial reporting including audits.
