A leading staffing company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment and strong leadership skills. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of experience with ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
CPA preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead all accounting functions – AR/AP, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory costing, and P&L analysis.
Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Implement process improvements and evaluate accounting software efficiency.
Partner with department heads to deliver actionable financial insights.
Lead, train, and develop the accounting team.
