This role is responsible for managing financial integrity through budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and internal controls. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background, preferably in manufacturing, and must be proficient in SAP. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership skills and proactive financial management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience required.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing role is mandatory.
• Must have strong understanding of GAAP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
• Implement internal control systems for compliance.
