Confidential Company in Delaware seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Controller to partner with operations and executive leadership as the company scales. You will own cost accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting while guiding ERP modernization and chart of accounts redesign.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll develop dashboards, KPIs, and meaningful management reporting to support strategic decisions and capital projects. A strong hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within manufacturing or product-based environments.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and operational finance.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, system upgrades, or accounting transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to turn financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across operations and executive leadership.
• Proven ability to thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead all general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting activities.
• Strengthen cost accounting, inventory management, cycle counts, and variance analysis processes.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve visibility into product costs, margins, and manufacturing performance.
• Help modernize the accounting function through process improvements and system enhancements.
• Play a key role in an upcoming ERP implementation and Chart of Accounts redesign.
• Develop meaningful management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that help tell the financial story of the business.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A support to leadership.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll administration, and fixed assets.
• Create reporting tools and analyses that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support capital projects, facility expansion initiatives, and future organizational growth.
• Assist in building and developing the accounting team as the company continues to scale.
