Job summary

Confidential Company in the United States seeks a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead the month-end close, ensure ledger accuracy, and strengthen internal controls to support rapid growth and market expansion.

You will partner with executives to bridge transactions, GL precision, and operational compliance, while guiding inventory costing and ERP configurations to streamline financial workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Progressive, hands-on accounting leadership experience in corporate environments.
• Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with GL entries and reconciliations.
• Manage all day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll administration, billing, and cash management operations.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow).
• Oversee inventory reporting, cost allocations, and valuation tracking for raw materials and finished goods assets.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation routines to safeguard assets and minimize risk.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual tax filings and compliance updates.
• Monitor daily cash balances, working capital, and liquidity.
• Maintain the general ledger system and accounting software configurations, driving process improvements.
